Fix couple regressions

- Q_ASSERT is expanded to nothing in relase builds so the QML
  type registration is never happen for the release builds.
  Remove redundant Q_ASSERT wrappers.
- Fix the header installtion path of the 'WellKnownTypes' and
  'QtTypes' libraries.
